TomTom's Customer Care Centre for EMEA is based in Amsterdam's city centre. We have almost 400 employees supporting our Consumer markets, providing all after sales customer care and technical support to consumers and retailers. Key tasks include in-depth technical troubleshooting, assisting customers with downloading and installing our online products and services, giving pre-sales advice and liaising with retailers to maintain TomTom's reputation in the market.

Customer Care deals directly with our customers, delivering:

  • One tone of voice in 16 languages, servicing 25 countries
  • Over 1 million emails and 2 million phone calls per year
  • Over 250.000 consumer repairs with outstanding Service Levels
  • Continuous delivery and improvement of high Service Levels
